We will try our best to dispatch your orders placed before 12pm on the same day. Orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on Monday. If that is the case, delivery time will be:
Next working day for UK mainland
2-3 working days for Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, offshore islands.
4-7 working days for EU Countries.
However, we cannot guarantee all the orders will be dispatched on the same day especially during the busy months such as November and December. Thus, we strongly recommend our customers to place orders earlier to meet your desired delivery date.
On receipt of your delivery, please make sure there is someone available at your address to sign your package.
Please select local pick-up when you check out. We will then contact you about the delivery charges and issue you the invoice according to the amount of delivery charge. Goods will then be delivered after you cleared the delivery charge.
All the other related charges such as custom duty will be your responsibility to pay. We cannot provide any information about those charges.
We check our stock levels every day and try our best to maintain the stock level to meet your demand. But out of stock situations will occur if one customer order a large quantity in our warehouse and true stock level will not reflect in the website simultaneously. If that is the case, we will contact you and usually we will still dispatch the order and refund those goods out of stock.
- In line with terms and conditions, only faulty and defective items, shortage of delivery or miss delivery are liable to claim refund and replacement. We do not send out replacement goods, thus If you require replacement, we will issue you a voucher number equivalent to the amount of the replacement and you can use it for your next order.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receipt by email to sales@luxe-wholesale.com. Please quote your order number, product code and reasons for your claim.
- All items returned must be in their original, undamaged packaging and must in an unused condition (expect only in the case of products which have been discovered to be faulty upon use)

Unless you provide us your VAT tax number, registered company number and related satisfactory evidence of export. VAT will be charged at the same rate.
