- In line with terms and conditions, only faulty and defective items, shortage of delivery or miss delivery are liable to claim refund and replacement. We do not send out replacement goods, thus If you require replacement, we will issue you a voucher number equivalent to the amount of the replacement and you can use it for your next order.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receipt by email to sales@luxe-wholesale.com. Please quote your order number, product code and reasons for your claim.
- All items returned must be in their original, undamaged packaging and must in an unused condition (expect only in the case of products which have been discovered to be faulty upon use)
